The Mummy MOT / Post Natal MOT
The Post Natal Check You Deserve!
Up to half of all women experience weakness in both the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles after pregnancy and up to a third still have a tummy gap at eight weeks post-birth. This can cause instability or poor core strength leading to women developing pelvic or back pain or bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction. These conditions should not be something you should just put up with as a result of having a baby.
It’s recommended that women have an initial assessment at 6-8 weeks postnatal, however we also treat women multiple years after birth.
Baby and Me
Our Baby and Me treatment is a 1.5hr appointment which includes a Mummy MOT for you and Baby Osteopathy for your new addition!
Visceral Therapy
Visceral Therapy is the mobilisation of the internal organs usually facing restriction due to adhesions, trauma, infection, pregnancy and more!
This treatment will benefit multiple issues including constipation, endometriosis, bloating, abdomen pain, period pain, reflux, post surgery.
